The challenge
Manual payment recording using paper cards took approximately five minutes per payment and made school administration more difficult.
My contribution
As an independent consultant and developer, I analyzed needs with school management and built the system end to end, applying secure development principles.
The solution
Three modules: Students, Classes and Tuition. The architecture was packaged with Docker for a local server, allowing operations to continue during internet outages.
The outcome
More than 80% less operational time for payment collection and recording, as reported in the CV, by replacing paper cards with an automated workflow taking seconds.
