The challenge
An organization needed an internal platform connecting inventory, quotations and operational tracking.
My contribution
During my professional internship I coordinated two technical teams, frontend and backend. I contributed to requirements gathering, BPMN modeling and backlog prioritization, and developed core modules with Django.
The solution
A platform with inventory, automated quotation generation and ticket-based status workflows, in Docker environments. The team delivered iteratively using an adapted Scrum approach.
The outcome
The work connected interfaces, persistence and business logic to improve administrative quotation tracking. The CV does not provide a quantitative measurement of this improvement.
